The first four tracks listed are all tracked together in one CD track, resulting in nearly a 30 minute long montage of remixes. The release of this EP is interesting, because all but one of these tracks has yet to see release in the original form. "Everything Is New", "You" and "Waiting" all didn't appear on the debut album, and Rubicon 7 haven't announced another album yet.

Of the six remixes presented here, it's really a mixed bag as to the quality. Yet again, LP-T renders a spectacular remix. He continues to find new and interesting things to try with the bassline, and just injects so much energy into the track. Just wait, his remix of "Arms" by Monolithic will blow you away...(Sorry Midihead, I couldn't help but drop a hint!)

"Everything Is New" sounds like a cool track, I really liked some of the synth stylings in the song, but it was a little too trance oriented for my taste, at least in this mix. The middle two mixes in the megamix... well, there are some cool sounds in the "You" remix. But it drags on for nearly nine minutes, waaaay too long. The Scott Blackwell mix.. is just awful. It strips the song completely down to just a few heavily distorted vocal samples, and turns into a noisy raver's paradise. No thanks...

The second mix of "Waiting" (Which BTW sounds like it's gonna be a awesome track, the female vox are great!) had a lot to measure up to after LP-T's excellent remix, and unfortunately falls short of it. Just too.. noisy.

The final mix, the Daffy Duck mix of "Forever Until That Day" by Midiboy, features a lot of pitch shifting in the vocals and a totally new instrumentation. I'm sorry to say I didn't care for it too much.

Overall, this EP has a few bright spots, but leaves me wanting to hear the original versions of each track over the remixes. Maybe Rubicon 7 will follow this up with another album soon....
