On the A Different Drum site, Todd Durrant said the songs on this album refer to
Science Fiction movies.. Well, I for one can't figure out at all what the movies are. As
far as the music goes.. Well, its German synthpop. It doesn't stand out too terrible much
from the many other German bands I've heard. Some of the songs here are truly good, such
as Spawn, which makes you think while sticking in your head.. I like that. The song
Conspiracy just don't work for me, however. I also want to like the song New Born King..
But since I don't know what movie it refers to, or whatever, the last verse tends to annoy
me more than anything else. Mostly because of the lyrics.,..Kind of a half and half album
for me. There is some really good stuff on here, but the mediocre to annoying songs really
hurt the album in my opinion.
