This album was a complete role-reversal for Red Flag, from a band known for it's incredibly catchy and dancey synthpop songs to a somber and ambient, atmospheric sound. And this also happens to be my most favorite Red Flag album, bar none. Each of this songs is amazingly emotive, and peaceful. "Shame On The Moon" and "Cry Me A River" are easily the most moving, sentimental songs Red Flag has ever released. Even though "Cry Me A River" has more of a dance feel than most of the other songs on this album, it's still has the same depth of feeling. Many Red Flag fans hated this album when it first was released, mostly due to it being such a about-face from "Naive Art". And at first, I didn't care for it too much either, with my perspective still skewed by the previous album. But over time, I've grown to appreciate this album on it's own. As far as producing electronic soundscapes, only B! Machine even comes close to the total atmosphere of this album. Highly recommended!!!!!
